Thanks to the wonders of social media networking I spent a wonderful evening visiting family in Nashville. Now it’s back on the road heading west, but first a few more updates:

This is a full sized replica of the Parthenon, only in Nashville.

The Nashville public library has a really cool courtyard where these two girls were enjoying the sun.

Drawing outside can be very fun because of the intense lighting, but it also gets hard on the eyes after a while

This little boy was playing violin for money in the park… every once in a while his mom would stop by to check on him… It was very disturbing to watch.

Sun bathers! It reached 83 according to my car.
